The workshop team recently installed the Ghost II mobiliser into this 2020 Toyota 200 Series Land Cruiser to allow it to stay in the rightful hands of the Tasmanian owner before their big trip to the mainland.
The Ghost II immobiliser as installed into the LC200 is the best way to secure the vehicle. Even if the crooks get a hold of the original key, or possess the equipment to write a new key the vehicle simply will not start. The only way the vehicle can be started is by inputting the unique 4-button (or more) sequence of factory buttons.
An optional Bluetooth app is also available which uses an encrypted link to the owners phone to automatically bypass the code on vehicle entry.
