Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued in the same form as the original payment. In order to receive a credit for change of mind simply return the goods to us in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 14 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.

Please contact us prior to sending back (admin@whatdrivesyou.com.au or calling 03 6344 2727 during business hours) to ensure that we can discuss the receipt of your returned goods and arrange a credit promptly!

Cancellations

Orders and purchases can be cancelled with-out cost provided you have made contact with Driven Sound Vision staff prior to the goods being dispatched, and that the item is not a special order. Driven Sound Vision will refund goods inline with our Return & Exchange Policy above.

Shipping & Timeframes

All deliveries are sent each weekday with Australia Post unless otherwise negotiated with Driven Sound Vision. Payment of your Order must be finalised before shipping is arranged.

Multiple Shipments

All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available. If you require multiple shipments, please contact us so we can assist you. Multiple shipments may incur additional charges.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery: up to 5-8 business days from date of shipping. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Local Pickup

Local pick-up is available at check-out and is free of charge. Please wait for a confirmation email from Driven Sound Vision staff prior to arranging pick-up as processing of orders may take time.

International Deliveries

International delivery is not available.
